The TCRCE LMS houses our own professional development developed by TCRCE staff, and invited guests. Sign up for one of the many available courses at any time and receive a certificate upon completion.

The Summer Learning Academy is an annual group of workshops and presentations for teachers that take place over a week during the summer. the sessions from this past year took place online and were recorded so that they could be refereneced by teachers on an ongoing basis.
Professional Communities of Practice (Moodle)
The Professional Communities of Practice contains a large number of Moodle sites with information on various courses, pilots, programs, and initiatives.
NSTU can be contacted to arrange to have one of their Professional Learning sessions delivered at your school.
As professionals working in the field of education it is important that we are knowledgeable about Implicit bias, how it influences our decision making, and how by learning about it and reflecting on it, we are better prepared to address any bias that works against student well-being and academic success. All TCRCE employees are encouraged to complete these modules, regardless of employment position.
